Embedded design lead for Point.me's two biggest 2025 bets: launching Hotels as a credible second vertical alongside award-flight search, and rebuilding flight search results around progressive loading, multi-cabin booking paths, and wallet-aware deal indicators.

Allē Pay Over Time

A patient-financing experience inside the Allē app that lets patients apply, get pre-approved without a credit check, and use payment plans at the provider. Designed for three audiences at once: patients applying on their own, providers texting a link, and the in-clinic surface for processing payments. From 2022 research insight to a $5.6M+ revenue line by 2024.

A foundation rebuild for the loyalty wallet behind BOTOX® and JUVÉDERM®. Cut support tickets by 38%, lifted provider leads 17%, and quietly enabled every wallet feature shipped after, including Payment Plans, enhanced rewards, and a full rebrand, with no structural changes.

Make Scheduling Easy

Senior designer on Calendly's first dedicated Growth team during the company's 2021 pricing and packaging migration. Owned activation and conversion redesigns: paywalls, upgrade flows, plan recommendations, and the self-serve checkout. Failed Paywalls research → V2 upgrade flow tested at 6.6 to 7.0 out of 7 on usability.
